They call the people who are left after someone commits suicide the "suicide survivors." It's horrible. People actually crack up and are more likely to commit suicide themselves when a loved one kills him/herself. It's unbelievably bad for the people who are left behind.

Besides your death, the family and loved ones are left to grieve and wonder what they could have done to prevent it. Suicide doesn't end pain, it just transfers it to your loved ones multiplied by how many people you had that cared about you. It is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I don't recommend it.

Emptiness. Helplessness. A longing to understand and the void of knowing that you never will. A lingering sadness that will never go away. That is what is left behind. The act itself is complete and total selfishness.

You die and those who know you are left with grief, guilt, regret, anger, sadness etc... Don't do it! Talk to someone about how you are feeling.
