It is a large plant and from about half way up on the stems and all the leaves have turned black and has wilted. Is there anyway to save this plant? Please help it is a very important plant for me.Thank you

Bring the plant back inside and carefully remove all the dead leaves and stems.

Continue to take care of it as you normally would. Keep the plant near artificial lighting to encourage regrowth.

Hopefully, if the roots didn't freeze, it should be okay. Only time will tell.

I think the only thing to do is to wait and see. I would leave it in a safe place and remove the dead leaves. This link has many questions and answers about peace lilies and may be helpful.

Cut off all the dead leaves, keep it in a warm place, keep it watered (not wet) and wait. It may not start to out new leaves until next year, if it lives. It depends on whether the roots were frozen.

I would probably sheer it off about 2 inches above the dead grown and watch generally the plant should come back in a lot of new growth, it will probably surprise you, good luck!
