This is a classic case of the girl plucking the petals off a flower saying "he loves me... he loves me not..."
Obviously you like him... but it doesnt help when all youve listed are the signals that make u think he likes you... hard to answer if you dont give reasons that tell us why he might not like you...
not that it matters really, because you are trying to convince yourself that he likes you, since you only talk about the things that seem like 'yes' reasons... when you should:
start doing things that test him out with more solid answers, and do things that make him feel more attracted to you... thats if you want to seal the deal... then see how he reacts:
-talk to other guys when he's around and talk less to him...
-stop txting him and calling him for a few days over the weekend, and avoid him a bit at school.
playing 'hard to get' (as much as i hate it when its done to me) will force him to take more obvious steps in chasing you if he does like you. Force him into courtship mode, which will get him to actually go after you, instead of just teasing you.
If he's calm and aloof about it all, he's either:
a) a guy whos got game, who can withstand your teasing even though he likes you
b) he doesnt like you.

I don't know how long he has been doing this with you.
That would define it a little more.
If he has only been like this a couple of weeks, then he very well could like you more than a friend.
Guys have started out with me, doing what you just described for about two weeks, then it changes.
If they were in love with me, they would let me know around the third or fourth week. Some of them sooner.
If he has been this way for 4 weeks, then he probably likes you as just a friend.
There IS the possibility that when it comes to romance he is shy.
Try holding his hand one day while you're walking and see how he reacts. If he doesn't let go immediately, he may have a crush on you.
If he lets go of your hand fairly quickly, he just wants to be friends.

This may sound like a cliched comedian bit but I think there's a lot of truth to it. So remember this adage: Basically, if you are an average looking girl or prettier then almost every guy you meet wants more or less to screw you. In other words, if you are average looking or better you could ask most males to screw you and most of them would say yes.
(in some cases you don't even have to be that good looking. Guys just have to be desperate or drunk. ) Remember that. You can coun't that 95% of guys are trying to get into your pants. So to answer your question I would say that YEs he probably likes you as more tha a friend. Do not be offended by my response. It's just typical guy behaviour. (We're more like pigs than we are like dogs.)

Be straight and not afraid. The worst thing that could happen is that he tells you he doesn't like you that way.

Yeah, i'd say so. I hate it when people ask these questions, But at least you weren't dumb about it, and were pretty specific. Good job, you're a teen girl that isn't DUMB. =)
