I have not seen any for purchase in local stores. A couple years ago at the state fair, one of the Christmas trees on display was a POTC theme but the ornaments were mostly cutouts of the POTC logo. They weren't actual ornaments you could buy anywhere.
They do have a few for sale on Ebay.
