How to avoid premature ejeculation? How to play for long without taking any drugs...one of my friend told me that he can play only for 30 seconds to 1 min, but another guy say he can play for more than 5 mins...even I have seen in many porn vedios, that people play for long..i know they take drugs...but how to play long eith out taking drugs....are there any therapy need to to do to play long or whats the solution for it......Doctors say mastrubation will not harm health...but one of my friend says that by doing mastrubation, ability to play for long will be lost tough its not harmful to health.....can any one please advice.....I never had sex before...but I think I need to know these things for my future ventures :-P....

Don't judge yourself by the porn movies. Those things are edited and re-shot, etc. In other words, it's pretty played up and not rendered in real time.
Masturbating before engaging in foreplay should work, don't worry about it affecting performance in the next stages. And if you come early, you can still satisfy her with your mouth and fingers. I recommend a swirling motion against her clitoris with either the tongue or fingers, and then using the other hand to slide 1-3 fingers into her vagina. She'll still climax, and you'll both recline happy. :)
BTW....if you've never had sex before, why are you even worried about premature ejaculation? Maybe it's not even an issue with you.

Get married! That usually solves the problem. Why?
Because your penis is now for love instead of lust, so premature ejaculation is now NOT even an issue.
Fornicating and adultery will cause future sex issues and is just not worth it. Take your time and find a really nice girl you love and she loves you, get married and have REAL fun brother. A genuine fun that lust can NEVER bring.

Masturbation is fine and perfectly normal. As for making yourself last longer, try squeezing the base of your penis when you think you are starting to come. It will stop the sensation and let you go for longer.

They sell these devices in sex stores and places that sell sex toys that you can place around your penis to limit bloodflow to the head. I have heard that they work well. Also someone told me that a plain old condom worked just as well.
