I think it would be safer and better if we could have babies outside of the womb and have some say so in their genetics as well.

Egg-fusion (DNA from one egg, fertilising another) has been possible since the 1970s.
It's the Y-chromosome in sperm that creates boys.
With egg-fusion, we could have a perfectly healthy, thriving society.
The X-chromosome, in human female eggs, is indispensible.
If a gender is teetering on the edge of obsolescence, it would be you boys! Nature, however, made 85% of humans heterosexual. So, I reckon we have to keep you around.
As for 'designer babies', that's just eugenics, and a very, very slippery slope. WHO DECIDES what is a 'desirable' trait? And at what cost? Hitler was a dyed-in-the-wool eugenicist. Look what he did.
EXAMPLE: We design humans to have hyper-strong immune systems.
How do we FEED all the people who would otherwise have died of disease?
Tread with great care when you talk of controlling what is desirable and what is not.
In the USA, in 1985, of embryos whose sex was known, who were aborted, 4 out of 5 were FEMALE. We think of places like China, when people say 'female infanticide'. WRONG.
Autism has known positive qualities, especially when it comes to the sciences, and computer technology.
And what in Hxll do you mean, 'dwindling numbers'? There are nearly 7,000,000,000 people on this Earth as it is. Are you suggesting 'ethnic cleansing' of some of the billion in India, and billion and a quarter in China, to allow 'MIGRATION without ethnic invasions'?

Where were you planning to get the dna from with no women or men?
The spooky truth at the moment is that we don't need men!
You can inject the dna from one womans egg into another womans and as long as there is a womb for the egg to gestate in it all seems good!

The penis size will not matter if you no longer have sex will it? Also, who is going to appreciate those large breasts if there are no men, unless this is headed into some type of lesbian society, which it sounds like.
