If you care at all for your wife, I would HIGHLY NOT recommend initiating sexual relations with your sister-in-law. As easy as it seems now and as badly as you want it, it's not worth it. You won't be able to hide it from your wife for long and it will only make relations between you and your wife more difficult. She will definitely not want to have sex with you if she found out you were boinking her sister. Who knows... it might be the first step to initiating a divorce, which it sounds like you're not considering at this time.
Considering sex with other women is a sign that you need to take care of your own relationship with your wife first. You need to try your best to work things out with her, such as learning what turns her on or spicing things up a bit. This may mean wearing her favorite outfit on you, surprising her with an evening out on the town, or kissing her neck at a spontaneous moment. If you have honestly put in all the effort you could, perhaps it is time for you two to see a marriage/relationship/sex counselor.
Give it some time, patience, and effort. In the meantime you should focus on finding alternatives to sex with other people. It's not always the most fun alternative, but you can do things on your own that can make yourself excited, whether it's buying fetish pornography or a new toy. Sex with other women is a thought that is in the heat of the moment but not worth risking your marriage over. If you still have these strong feelings after giving it your all, then perhaps you and your wife could consider separation.

No give up the idea of re-producing! Take a course in English comp instead, buy a dog or both. Leave your sister-in-law alone, unless you live in Salt Lake City (just kidding - friends of john smith), maybe it a good time to get serious about a hobby. If she needs a good reason to not have sex - stay drunk all the time, then either nothing will make sense, or you will solve every one's problems but your own~either way you won't care!

You should try sex counselling first or just your local doctor. He could point out something obvious like bad breath, bad skin, hyper-sex drive or the fact that there is a large swelling on your left testicle. Your wife on the other hand could still be suffering post-natal problems even months afterwards. If that does not come up with any results, then and only then put a proposal to your wife about your sister-in-law.

Your wife is looking for some romance and positive attention. I have a high sex drive but if hubby has been unwilling to communicate with me i do not want sex. If you feel you must move on to other pasture's then tell your wife before you make that jump. You may also be in line for a set up. Depends on divorce issues in your state.

Have you tried romancing your wife. Quiet night at home, low music, candles, just being nice after a long day...or are you like my husband that was forever insisting on feeling me up when was still sleeping at 6 in the morning he'd have the worst morning breath and not bother to brush his teeth and be kissing all over me. I told him straight out to get away that was gross, lets go swish with mouth wash or brush and he'd get turned off.

Try to talk to her. Ask her if there is any problem or something bugging her. Deal with her with care and passion. It's only her who can tell you the real problem. And yes do not betray her as well. If you really love your wife, you wont do such a thing.

Well on one hand it isnt cool for her to refuse to have sex with her husband..But on the other dont cheat..there could be something really mental going on with her and you of all people should be able to break that down..At one point she did like sex right? So go back to the basics and start strokin again
