Lift weights and do some kind of cardio!! It will help make you stronger when you hit your growth peak and you will burn away calories from the things you eat. You have to eat a lot when your growing. Height I cant tell you for sure but over all body mass of muscle definitely. I started weight lifting when I was 13 and I cant complain.

Be careful with the weights, at 14 your growth plates can still be damaged if your lifting things too heavy. I think.. you were supposed to be able to do at least 6 reps with the weight... so dont push yourself to be some big muscular guy.. it will happen or it wolnt and your 14 youve got alot of growing to do yet.

At 14 a boy has just begun to grow. I suspect you will add a few more inches over the next couple of yrs. Good luck!
