Unless your a male, i don't think you should take that into offense. Females don't have Adams Apples! On the other hand some do but, Im saying if your a chick then don't worry bout what he said and get on with your life, he's self conscious of his own "FLAPPY ADAM'S APPLE" and wanted to feel better about his by trying to make somebody else feel bad! Don't acknowledge it and he'll get tired of himself and let it go!

Under the turkeys chin it is a wattle, what hangs over his beak and raises up and down with his mood is called the snood and it turns bright red when upset or is courting a hen. The beard hangs from his chest. We raise poultry and use this site in 4-H.

If it hangs down, it is the wattle, underneath that is the caruncle, those are growths.
