Probably you are either not using correct form or you are trying to lift too much weight before you are ready for it. I'd ask a trainer to watch me and give me a few pointers about form. Also reduce what you are lifting by 10% to 15% and see if that makes a difference.
EDIT
Wow dkiller88 ... same thinking!

Too much weight, too many reps, or incorrect posture during lifts.
Once a muscle or joint is damaged it takes a long time to heal and rebuild stregnth in it. The above reasons could also cause reinjury of same. Be careful, if damaged repeatedly, or badly enough muscles and joints may never fully recover. I'd suggest you talk to a physiotherapist, and a weight training instructor as they can help you to build muscle and tone without overdoing it and causing yourself serious injury.

If you stretch properly and sufficiently, the next possible reason for you pulling muscles would be technique. You could be lifting the wrong amount of weight, using the wrong lifting technique, or lifting too fast and too much. If you use slow, controlled motions when lifting, it will prevent muscle pulls and also promote faster muscle development.

You are either using poor technique and form, or using too much weight. Try reducing the weight about 10%, and concentrate of the proper form. Lift the weight slowly, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth to help you concentrate.

You might not be doing it properly or maybe your lifting more than your body can handle try doing less weight at first so that you could get your muscles use to the work outs. You need to be patient. Also are you eating right? If not then you got to nourish yourself properly need proteins.

Maybe the weights are too heavy - maybe you're trying too hard - maybe you haven't got the action right. Stop now and go and get some help from a Personal Trainer to give you a better idea how to manage your fitness routine
