There way out of this problem is first hire a lawyer and then send a notice to the company for the details of the faults in the goods and the time period in which they have to change things i.e. suppose 14 days and after the expiry of 14 days you can file a case under Consumer Court in Consumer Court you can hire an Advocate or not it is on your need. As you can also give notice to the Company yourself.

While filing a case make sure give a brief details and the notice details in the case. While giving notice details your case can be much strong.

You can also represent your any agent, solicitor etc. in court but with proper documentation or you can self represent your case. The Case only lays in Dist. Consumer Redressal Form of your Dist.

So if you represent your case then the charges are minimum.
