"Intelligent", "Well-versed", "Well-rounded", "Brainbox" or "Egg-head", if s/he does know a lot of stuff.

"Egoist" (slightly insulting) or "Egotist" (more insulting), "show-off" or "pr-ck" if they just act as if they do!

"Omniscient" does mean "All-Knowing", but can't actually be used of a person - only a god/God! ("Know-it-all" is another rather insulting term, although it can be used in a complimentary fashion if someone does know a lot of things - but doesn't mean "All-Knowing", the two are very different!)
