The loving couple dated for more than a year before getting married. Meaning, Billy Joel was out scavenging on college campuses high and low for his next wife. Yes, the odds are quite good that this too will be a marriage that will last forever. I fully expect the pair to still be wed five years from now. Of course, this is assuming that Billy doesn't die of natural causes, suffers a substance-abuse relapse or wrap another car around another tree or another house. With the exception of those improprable occurrences, the couple should be good to go.
