If you have a golden band that you can put on your head, place two beautiful feathers in front V shaped.
That was the main characteristic of power for the inca Emperors of my country.
Also a large colorful cloak over your shoulders all the way down to your feet, and sandals.
Long hair thrown back all the way down to your shoulders
A golden baton in your hand as symbol of power.
Golden necklace,armbands and gold rings are recommended.

It is well known that Atahualpa went without clothing much of the time. Well, there's your answer. You won't have to spend a lot and you'll be a hit at the event....whatever it is.

you can make the head dress and the necklace with cardboard or heavy craft paper painted with gold paint and some feathers. Add a gold painted broom or mop handle.and a cloak from old drape or one from a thrift shop (put a cord thru the hem to tie around your neck and cut it off to be floor lenght)

Use make up on your face, lines(thick) in your cheeks. Wear something like a skirt that isn't a skirt(its just a piece of cloth, big) and wrap it around your waste. Dont' use cloth with figures or anything. I'd recommend brown cloth or something...
