I'm reading Jane Eyre right now. I'm almost finished. Next I'm starting on Jude the Obscure. I can't wait. It's so controversial that when it was written (some time ago) it was immediately banned and Thomas Hardy never wrote another book again. I'm sure it'll be a big contrast. Jane Eyre talks a lot about resisting temptation and making the most moral and sound decisions in life, and Jude and Obscure is all about doing what feels right despite the ethical and moral stigma surrounding it.

I'm reading "The Master and Margarita ' by Mikhail Bulgakov, translated into English by Michael Glenny. It's a wonderful novel suppressed by the then USSR came out for the public to read after the author died some 20 years later. The plots, narratives and characters're outstanding and it challenges readers to ponder why such a novel was suppressed.

I'm currently reading Plan of Attack by Dale Brown. I really enjoyed Tin Man by the same author and it's about the same character but I'm having a bit of hard time with this one. It's got a lot of technical info about aircraft in it and it's left me a bit confused. But the russians are dropping bombs now (not entirely sure why) but at least that's easier to follow.
