The only time it's NOT personal communication is when it's a Q or A posted by someone with no personality.
Sadly, those are the ones who don't get violated...

It seems to be open to interpretation by someone at the control panel on any given day. Anyone who asks questions has received violations for the same thing at least a few times.

Yes, I even put that in a reply to Yahoo! last time I got a violation for doing it, not that they replied to it, Yahoo! don't do "Personal Communication".

you know someone reported me for chatting and personal communications when i posted in polls and surveys"Is it time to rest and go to sleep?" they deleted it and deducted ten points.
would not have been upset if i was not point gaming but i was. i want my ten points back.

i think that any communication between two or more persons is personal communication...the only exception would be business communication or solicitation.
