No, I think the problem with this is similar to the problem with surpassing lightspeed.
To generate the considerable force nessicary to propell the average person to escape velocity, a person would have to be fairly obese, but a person who was fairly obese would require more force to account for the extra weight. And therefore extra weight to create the extra force. Etc.
I think it's a paradox.

Yes, if they were on an asteroid with very little gravity and had eaten lots of beans for about three days solid - but their exhaust pipe would need to be exposed to the -273 degrees Celsius near-vacuum conditions (which unfortunately would help to defeat the purpose of any attempt unless it was first covered by a cat).

No, it's been tried by nasa in the 1970's but the combination of an airtight spacesuit and a hole in the anus area for thrust is incompatible.
