This is what Draft Sharks says. It's a very good site
13. RB Fred Taylor, JAX vs IND
90 Rush Yds, 1 Rush TDs, 15 Rec Yds, 0 Rec TDs
He's passing the baton to Maurice Jones-Drew but he's still racking up yards and staying fresh. He's 48 yards shy of his sixth 1,000-yard season. Taylor has rushed for 70 or more yards against the Colts in 7 of 10 career meetings. He's a Colt-killer and Jack Del Rio loves to let Taylor run them over. Look for 20+ carries and a rare TD.
31. RB Willis McGahee, BUF vs NYJ
70 Rush Yds, 0 Rush TDs, 15 Rec Yds, 0 Rec TDs
McGahee has a tender ankle and missed practice on Wednesday. We'll monitor the situation closely. The Jets have allowed nearly 160 total yards per game to the opposing RB corps this year. Anthony Thomas will steal carries again but probably not more than 7 or 8.

Taylor is going up against the worst rushing defense in the league. He's averaging 4.5 ypc and the Colts are going through a little mini-slump if the Jags get a lead they might run him all day. I'd probably start Taylor. It might become a shootout for the Bills if they get down, which they could easily do if the Jets keep on their roll, and McGahee might not get as many carries.

I understand your concern on this one. They both play pretty horrible run defenses.
One factor you might want to look at is that the Colts just came off a frustrating loss to Tenn, and will be looking to avenge themselves. Taking that into account, they might push the score up, forcing Jax. to go to the air.
On the other hand, the Bills def. will keep the score down and the off. loves to feed the running game. Also last week a mediocre A. Green shredded the Jets for over 100 yds. I wouldn't worry to much about Mcgahee's ankle, taking into account he "tuffed" out a horrible knee injury (college) and most recently 3 broken ribs.
You should go with Willis Mc.

Start Taylor over Mcgahee.
Taylor has a wonderful matchup against one of the worst run defense in the league.

Every rb has a good day against the indy D. Mcgahee will at least split carries since he has been hurt and the jets run D is improving.
