Hmm. Depends on the person, I'd say. If your partner seems sexually experienced or knowledgable or adventurous- the kind of person who might look taken aback for a moment but then grin and be "Totally awesome", then definitely surprise them. If you're the least bit worried about their reaction, then I think you should bring it up beforehand, just in a "Hey, I want to let you know" sort of way as you're climbing into bed.
Or, barring that, there's always the middle ground: when you're about to do it, start shouting "Oh, yes, oh, that's it, I'm gonna squirt!". You'll be giving them fair warning, but won't have to have that self-conscious talk, either.
All in all, don't be ashamed of your great talent and your body's ability to experience and express pleasure- if your lovers can't handle it, you should be asking why.

really, there is a few debate about that. some trust it really is an identical, some trust it really is different. i in my view imagine that a lady ejaculation is a wierd situation that occurs in very severe orgasm.
