Electric eel and electric ray are the two fishes that have electric organ in the head between the eyes. This organ is composed of special muscles. You can light electric bulbs with the electric current of the electric eel.

OK i can verify the eel never heard of the ray (doesn't mean there isn't one just never heard of it) however the eel at least doesn't "sting" it simply discharges an electric current which is conducted through water especially salt water, the closer proximity to the eel the more effective the charge (electricity is diffused by water), stunning its victim. this is doubly effective if the target happens to be grounded i.e. touching the ground directly. and no jellyfish use neurotoxins as i recall, many are bio-luminescent however which fools some in to thinking that they "shock".

The electric eel (electrophorus electricus) uses a chemical reaction to generate fairly impressive amounts of electrical energy used to stun its prey. I don't know if it's enough to be lethal, but from everything I've heard it's real unpleasant.
