My son turned the computer off and it asked if I wanted a saftey on I clicked it now when the internet is on i have very little color with lines and dots where the color is supposed to be. Also the whole time I'm looking or typing the screen jumps I have no ideal what I did please help me

restore it to an earlier time. from your start menu

this sounds like the monitor resulutions are not setup right. without seeing what it is,,,
when did this start?
is the color distorted?
have you got a refresh button on the monitor?
