It has theobromine which alters our moods. Gives us more energy. Never give your dog chocolate . The theobromine is very bad for them

Phenylethylamine is what's so good about chocolate! It's the chemical in Chocolate that releases seratonin (feel good chemical) into the blood stream. Chocolate also contains caffiene and theobromine which are stimulants. That's the serious answer!
Of course the real answer is 'the heavenly taste'
Cocoa Tree in latin is Theobroma Cacao and that means Food of the Gods! just a bit of trivia I thought you might like!
