Yes.
I was previously brief because the answer is a very positive YES. If someone cut off one of your legs and you had to run to stay alive ...well I think you all are smart enough to see that the only answer here is yes. I don't particularly care much for sharks but they have a place in the system. If we cut out that link it could damage the entire aquatic chain.

Yes, and this is a major problem in many parts of the world where certain species of shark are targeted by poachers. Their fins are more valuable than the rest of the shark, so they slice of the fins and toss the shark overboard to die. They then fill their boats with as many fins as they can carry, which means that hundreds of thousands or sharks are regularly killed in this manner.

One researcher put it well by stating that if widely-loved dolphins were being killed at this same rate in this same manner, the world would howl in outrage.

Yes. Not only would it bleed to death, but they need it to stabalize themselves in the water.

Not only that, but sharks can smell an amazingly small amount of blood for miles. The other sharks in the area would come and eat the other shark.

Almost any shark meat you buy at the store will be the top fin from the shark. In many places "sharking" is illegal.

I don't think it would initially, however if you cut off both, most likely. Sharks need their fins for survival (to swim and hunt). Even if you only cut off one, and it stayed alive, it would swim in a circle, and probably wouldn't have a good chance of surviving because it would have such a difficult time chasing prey to eat.

If you have a tropical shark (like a red-tailed shark) then it would have trouble surviving for numerous reasons. It may grow back, may grow back as a stub, or may just heal and not grow back at all.

Yes. It won't be able to swim and then would just become a target for other sharks.
