It depends on the situation. When speaking professionally, yes and no. When speaking jokingly, yah, yeah and nah.

Depending on who it is I mostly say 'yes' and 'no' (when talking to teachers and what not) or 'yeah' and 'naw' (when I'm with friends).I would only say 'yah' and 'nah' when I'm making fun of somebody who says them.lol.

I deff. use Yeah when I'm just talking with family and friends, i use the word yup more with friends too. I say nope with friends and family but professionally I will always use yes and no or certainly and generally not =]
