This is going to vary depending on the length of the tracks and the quality of the MP3, but assuming you have high-quality songs (160kbs MP3s) averaging around 4 minutes in length, you should be able to fit a little over a hundred songs on the device.

All depends on the song quality and the length of the songs :-) But if you're going for fairly standard bitrate of 128 and 3 minute pop songs, I'd expect you to get 100-150 songs on that size of card.
