Unfortunately no food is going to increase the size of your breasts, not even milk or meat that supposedly has hormones that has been fed to animals. The only thing that you can do is 1) exercise the pectoral muscles to give them a better base and make them stand out more, 2) eat a healthy, balanced diet and see what develops, 3) accept what you have as your natural form and be happy with it, or 4) visit your local plastic surgeon and get an estimate on implants.

Not as meesed up as you may think. Chicken unless indicated on the package as all natural are loaded with hormones--growth hormones and milk is often loaded with female hormones to make the cow think it should still be lactating long after her calf is done feeding. Soy has estrogen in it, too. Be careful messing around with your hormones--it can come back to bite you in the butt a few decades down the road. don't worry, you'll grow to just the perfect size for you (if not there's always plastic surgery)

haha, no not really. I mean theoretically if you eat a ton of fattening stuff, fat will build over your entire body including breasts, but i think boob size won't be a major concern at that point. Plus really it isn't a huge deal to most guys, a nice rack of course can draw attenion but at least from what i've noticed is the bigger they get, the smaller chance they have of being perky and nicely shaped. Be happy with what you have, it really isnt a huge deal.

No, if there was, every teenager or woman with small would be running to eat it. It would be all over the news, ("New discovery, have the boobs you've always wanted.")

It is the same for all other "too good to be true" things. If they really worked, people would be lined up to buy it. Just stick to the easy things. Love yourself for who you are. I had a friend who had a boob job for her husband. Now they are divorced. Guess the boob job wasn't enough. He decided to date a stripper instead.

specifically, no. you are still growing (I'm assuming you are under 20) and the best thing you can do is give it time and make sure you are eating very healthy is vitamin filled foods. The best way to develop is let nature take its course, until then help by keeping your body clean, healthy, and happy=]

no, i wish, but im sorry. if you eat lots, your boobs do grow, but so does the wohole body. you fat gets evenly distributed throughout the body, so if your boobs are growing chances are, so is the rest of you

If you eat a whole bunch of everything, and dont excercise, they will grow-just as much as the rest of you will.
