You know how the formula looks more after mixing. What is the final measurement made from that? 4.25 or 4 oz.

The 4.25 ounces is the dry weight. The 4 ounces of liquid is a volume measurement. After mixing if you used 4 ounces of water you will have the volume of the water plus the volume of the solids in the mix. If you measure the volume after you have mixed it (one half cup= 4 ounces) you will have the desired amount.

It is more. Adding the mix makes it have more volume. I didn't poor out the extra until she started drinking 8 oz only because it ends up being like an oz more.

You will consider the amount of water before mixing. It is normal that it will be more after mixing the formula.

YEs the formula does look more.. if your adding 4oz to the formula then it will indrease to 4.25oz.
