Would you have the same response if It was compared with the problem of the victims of Hurrican Katrina ?
Personally, I think our government did a very poor job for the people who are US citizens.. and spends way to much of his in time and efforts in Iraq.

The problem is not THAT we get involved internationally. The problem is WHY we get involved, and we get involved when US corporations stand to lose [gotta stop that] or stand to gain [gotta start that].

I don't think that genuine help to others, like disaster relief, genocide prevention, population abuse, would be met with much objection. But to run around muscling and arm-twisting and bombing to get oil, or other advantage for corporations causes all kinds of ill-will, to say the least, and does nobody but military suppliers and other businesses any good.

this all generated from ww2 before that we were a country rthat was pretty much isolated from the rest of the world when we were attacked from japan the hgovernment at the time decide that we had to have some sort of not control but a way that we could moniter other people to sqave us from being blind sided again hense that is why we have embasseys in about all the countrys in the world ay least a majority of them and they are there to pretty much spy on them well thats what i believe

It is my belief that "international affairs" are the most important priority of the FEDERAL government. It ought to remain that until the day comes when the U.S. has no more enemies in the rest of the world.

It is my belief, too, that more Americans ought to pay attention to the fact that we have more than one level of government whom we elect to represent us. Taking care of "domestic related issues" such as education, health, and whatnot ought to be the priorities of STATE governments.

our country's biggest problem is; the taking god out of it. being too concerened about offending outsiders, this country was founded on the christen belife's. not any other. you can be any thing you want here. but dont be taking god out of this country. the bleeding heart liberals are taking seperation of church and state way too far. it makes me drop my head in shame and cry.

none of the above. drugs. we spend way more on stopping dealers etc. than we do on the war in iraq. 60% of the people in jail are there on drug related crimes.
