I recently forund out that he's going out with my friend who also works with me...what do i do? Is it ok to flirt with him when shes not there?

As I see it you have more than one issue going on.
First you need to understand what value you put on friendship vesus the value of a possible love. Then you need to understand that this is work.... and bad feeling between you and your friend will bleed over into the workplace.
That being said..... you need to forget it, in my opinion. Keep the friendship, forget the guy and keep your job status in tact...
Too many other guys out there to ruin what you have in life now.

Well personally i wouldn't date anyone i work with because if the relationship doesn't work and it ends badly then you wont be very nice or comfortable working there after wards. And if he is with your friend then no you shouldn't flirt with him when she is not there. Just think about it...if the tables were turned then how would you feel if she was flirting with your man when you weren't there. Put yourself in others shoes, if you find that it hurts you then it probably hurts them too.

no just leave it. if he really likes you he will go with you but dont do anything to incourage him to leave his realationship. stay friends with him.
friends is always good and in the future you may get what u want if u still want him..
no a days you be lucky to meet some1 that u will stay wif 4eva so there 4 when he needs a shoulder to cry on u be there 4 him.
u more likly to stay just good friends 4 him or u meet some1 else but who knows what the future brings.
i think u should just get over him and find sum1 else, always be friends tho.

if you do that you won't be a good true friend. same in my life, but i told my firnd what i really think, she said well i don't like going out wid him anymore, i dump him, next day the boy came up to me and said, do u wanna go out wid me. i asked my friend on what shall i do, she said well i hate him so u go out wid him. tell ur true feelings, and don't flirt with other peoples lives. plz don't that's dangerous.
