Why do you think people work in education, because they like being around people 50 points lower in IQ?If I was in a room filled with 30 stupid people I would back out slowly holding a broken beer bottle.Teaching the same subject year after year must be as boring as a factory job plugging in clocks and watching them flash 12:00.

I had a professor on the first day inform all the coeds that he was available for tutoring after hours.I had another professor who had posters of naked girls in his lab and the soft focus did not make the poses artsy.

Sting the singer was a teacher before he became famous and was smart enough to get another job then wrote "Don't stand so close to me" Inject the pervert in a vein with NoSalt brand salt substitute 15g in 5cc water.Potassium chloride will cause a heart attack but you just say the excitement killed him.

I guess you are referring to a teacher, its just the age throws me a bit with regard to teaching.
It really doesn't matter, if he is employed or even instructing on a voluntary basis then he has what is referred to as "a duty of care".This is taken very serious in human service professions.
Depending on your age, he stands to not only be charged with paedophilia, but sexual assault/rape,and blackmail and may be other charges as well. You could also initiate civil action and sue him.All very serious charges and would most likely spend time in prison He would most defiantly lose his position and be publicly humiliated. If he has family he could likely lose them too.
So he has a lot to face if it became known he was attempting to corrupt and sexually abuse his students.
Have no fear of his threats of your suspension.
If he did get it on then there would be D.N.A. evidence at the least. If you put up a fight then physical evidence.
I would bite the bullet and tell your parents and/or another faculty member. He must have a superior.
Even if you are asking this as a hypothetical situation, then a bit of knowledge/power may be of help to someone who finds them-self in a similar situation.

Even if it was the job I loved I would tell that jerk no!!! I would also tell the head of the compony what happened. Your boss should not be able to suspend you if you dont do it with them. If your 70, you shouldnt even be thinking about that. Its not even morally right if your not married, I hope I answerd your question. :)

I'd pass on the offer, unless he had a thick head of white hair, and looked 20 yrs younger.

No, definitely not. You don't know what you might catch from him, plus it is unethical.
