I'd like to know the odds? I shaved myself with an eletric shaver(yea I know it was a bad idea now) only shaved about the penis though I have alot of red bumps and this is the first time I did it for my girlfriend(+ ive always wanted to), what the odds of pus coming out? I certainly dont want alot of pus around that area, its been 3 days and ive only found 1 so far with that.

Not to worry, just razor burn.

Curly hair is very likely to get ingrown when shaved. So yes you may very well find first red bumps, then small white bumps, which can be gross.

I suggest that instead of shaving, just trim closely with a hair trimmer. It is much faster, easier to maintain, and won't cause nicks and ingrown hairs.

What you have is ingrown hairs that are trying to come back out but they are curving in some way that causes them to grow wrong and they become inflamed and get pustules on top...Not to worry. Let it grow back out..If you like the look without the hassle then just cut really close without shaving...some people don't break out, some do, and you do, so you will always....Hope this helps you.......

the red bumps is skin that is irrated, and under that is new hairs trying to poke out and rip threw the skin makeing it worse... aka-razor burn- (something like it).. the puss could be just a tiny bit of bacteria under the skin in the little pocket that the hair is tryin to grow out of.. it happens sometimes..
if its not that then you probably just have some horrific mutalating disease that is so uncontrolable it could eat threw the floor
no big deal. dont worry.

The bumps are from ingrown hairs you can take the time to pull each hair out with a pin if you want. Don't know about puss. Or you know since it was your girlfriends idea why don't you have her pull them out while she's down there.

Try some other hair removal method, which may be more suitable.

Razor bumps I typically associate with Black Men...they typically you this zinc cream to reduce razor bumps and this reduce the flair up of puss.
