You file at the county court house. I had a police officer beat my door. He left these baton indentures. My neighbor was making false complaints and when he knocked I had my headphones on. Make it a valid complaint and bring pictures. If it was a jerk weed cop tell Internal Affairs. I let the cop off and gunned down my neighbor... Just kidding...

I know a lady whose car was hit by a police car while chasing a bad guy . . .
both her and her son required hospital care, and after 2 years, the costs still were not paid.
