You need to go to your Doctor for birth control pills. First you should be examined and the Doctor needs to know about your health. Some girls can not take them for various reasons.

You need to have a prescription.
Prices can vary quite a bit depending on what brand you choose and also your circumstances.
If you are unemployed or poor you may be able to go to your local health department. They have a sliding scale for prices. A couple years ago it cost me $15 for the exam and $10 for 3 months worth of the pill. Another time I was on it through my regular doctor and it ran me $30/month.
Some doctors will give you free samples for a month or two to get you started and to see how you react to that particular brand.
There is a lot of difference in hormone levels and such in different brands so you may have to try a few to see how it goes.
There are also the options of the patch and depo shots, but I would recommend trying the pill first to see how your body reacts.
Planned parenthood is a great resource for information, check with them. Also if you are in school, especially college, the health center should be able to help you out.

Nope, birth control pills are not sold over-the-counter. You have to have a doctor's prescription for them. However, if you go to a county health department, they can do the necessary examinations and depending on your income level, can even provide you with free birth control.
However, condoms are sold over the counter and abstinence is free.

This depends on what country you live in. I suppose you could order it off the Internet from those places where it is legal. In some places birth control is considered in between over the counter and prescription. You can only buy directly from the pharmacist who is supposed to supply you with info and ask questions I think. I'm not sure if the pharmacist can mail them.

I can't really tell you how much birth control pills are because it depends on whether or not you have insurance. I do know that one month when I forgot to re-new my insurance I had to pay around $25 for my birth control pills instead of the usual $5 co-pay. You can't get them over-the-counter. You will have to go see your doctor and he/she will do a physical and PAP smear. They aren't a big deal. If you are having sex you should get PAP smears anyway. They will save your life! They saved mine! Good luck!
-If you are asking if you can get them without a presciption because you are afraid of telling your parents try going to Planned Parenthood. You can get them for free there but you'll still need a PAP.

Unfortunately No, your partner will need to go to the doctors and get a prescription filled out as all pills have different strengths and side effects so the right pill has to be chosen for her.

They are prescription only but you can go to your county health dept. and get them based on income. If you are under 18 you will need your parents signature and you will have to have a pap smear. Just keep in mind that you can still get pregnant whether you're using birth control or not.
