here's my story: One time my cell phone (Nextel) kept saying "the subscriber you are trying to reach is unavailable at this time", all day and it was so frustrating, so I called Sprint - ever time I got a representative on the line, they would tell me they would have to "transfer" me to technical support..well I got transferred FIVE TIMES to different depts and they all said they "couldn't help me" and I had to tell the reason why I was calling, over and over, and be placed on hold FOREVER! FINALLY! I GET technical support on the line and all my problems will be solved!....NOT! 1st it was somebody I couldn't even understand
2nd they didnt' know what they were doing and
3rd they had to transfer me to level 2 tech support! at this point I am so pissed until I just had to laugh at the whole situation

Yes, on a daily basis. I think of the movie Caddyshack. Bill Murray's character says "I have to laugh. Because my enemy is a varmint." It makes me laugh even more and then I forget why I was mad in the first place.

I am in fact that mad right now. It's better to laugh than to fantasize about beating that B**** within an inch of her life. So laugh and you will be a happier person for it.

yeah, because getting mad is an implication of the inability to control one's own emotions and it's really not that serious; so laugh it off!!

when i get mad no one laughs! especially me and the person im mad out i will get p*ssed off and they will go home with a broken leg! so yea no laughing
