here's my story: One time my cell phone (Nextel) kept saying "the subscriber you are trying to reach is unavailable at this time", all day and it was so frustrating, so I called Sprint - ever time I got a representative on the line, they would tell me they would have to "transfer" me to technical support..well I got transferred FIVE TIMES to different depts and they all said they "couldn't help me" and I had to tell the reason why I was calling, over and over, and be placed on hold FOREVER! FINALLY! I GET technical support on the line and all my problems will be solved!....NOT! 1st it was somebody I couldn't even understand
2nd they didnt' know what they were doing and
3rd they had to transfer me to level 2 tech support! at this point I am so pissed until I just had to laugh at the whole situation
