How do i remove a RemovelIT pro programme from my computer?I have already removed it but it's still here?

There's this programme i installed called RemovalIT pro.I had already removed the programme completely from my computer but the programme kept coming out and it's making my computer performance really slow.How do i remove it completely?

I had to download a removal tool to et rid of my old 2006 Norton antivirus.
Go to the RemovallT Homepage and look for a removal tool.
Or try this.
You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.
You may need to reinstall any recent software programs, but it is a quick fix when you dont know what else to do.
