All loans won't approve me. I work everyday and all day and I still seem to be short on money. I just need enough to put me back on track. Instead of having 15 bills just 3 a month would be better.

Well you need to have some faith cause there is hope.
If you want you could sign up with Agloco. They will be launching soon and it allows the ordinary man to make money from home without having to do much. All you have to do is be a member, download their toolbar and browse the internet. What they do is collect revenue from advertisers (just like Google and Myspace do) and share it among the members.
Don't hesitate to sign up. If you are not sure about this you need to know that experienced internet marketer who are making more than $100 000 a year are doing this too. I learned about it from one of them. They know the potential and are building a network to help increase their earnings.

Well you could stop buying things unless you have the cash to pay for it right then. I am 30 years old and have no credit cards and no debt. If I want something I save for it then I buy it so that I never owe anyone anything other than my house payment and car payment and my utilities. Everything else is paid for. Sadly for you you already have debt. You need to get a consolidation loan and put all your bills on one payment. Pay extra each month on the payment and you may one day be debt free.

First thing, you need to minimize your luxury debts (cell phone, cable tv, rentals..etc). Wherever possible, get rid of the extras. Pick up a second job that can get you quick cash BARTENDING. Go to the library and pick up a book on bartending. Learning how to make drinks can earn you hundred of dollars a night in tips.

Not sure how old you are..but what you may be able to do to break that cycle is college education. If you can get admitted to a legit school (not a small no-name school set up to take your $), there are many loans and other that are available so that you can roll your living expenses into them.
