I believe it has been thought that a woman is in her sexual prime in her thirties. There are so many aspects of life that define "prime' to me that I think it is an individual thing but probably does not start much before thirty-five. Few of us are who we are going to be before then. I have had friends who said even their sexual prime didn't come until 50---after menopause and no more pregnancy concerns.
I think of prime as pretty much knowing and liking who I am, knowing where I am going and how to get there and being pretty much free of fear.

My Doctor told me women actually do not go into their prime until 40. I'm definitely in my prime and I'm 34 ! So, I think it just may vary, for each and every one of us women are unique.

The "woman's prime" as far as sex is concerned, is a myth. Other sorts of "primes" could have to do with attitudes, and could vary.

Whatever age she is when she realizes that she has to live and learn about life herself, and that the opinions of others really don't matter, especially when she is making her own money taking care of her own needs/wants, helping others as much as she can and not hurting anyone by chasing her dream (or living her dream).

It's been said, 35....it's been said, 25. Truth is, I don't think it matters and it's different for different women. Of course, it rarely happens before 30.
