hey, They will ask about ur self... u need to tell clearly,confidently, & obediently. First question: What is the difference between Call Center & BPO?? Second question : How do u know about the interviewed company,What is the nature of the job u are expecting from the Company?? Third question: how many years u will stay in this present Company?? Fourth question: What u want to become after 2yrs in this company or future?? Fifth question: Is it ok with night shifts & any location constraint for working?? Sixth question: How much salary u r expecting?? If i give less salary as per ur expecting, will u work??
