My main problem is, in the past some mechanic removed it from my car , it passed 2 smog test without the ECS but failed this last one because the parts are now required for this test, I'm trying to find out what parts I need, I do not have a diagram of parts and where they fit on the car, The electrical is "OK" .Then I need a place to buy whats missing, until I know whats missing I'm stuck.

The beginning is pretty simple.
Look at the failed report. It will declare what is missing as far as systems go.
Then look at the Vehicle Emissions Control Information (VECI) under the hood or on one of the fender wells, and read ---
1) FEDERAL or CALIFORNIA
2) Which equipment was installed as original equipment.
Look to see which COMPONENTS of those SYSTEMS are missing. It may take a trip to the dealer for the information.
You should also ask the inspecting technician which components are necessary to replace.
Once you have this list, you can most likely locate the necessary parts at a wrecking yard or the dealer, or some parts may be available from the local parts store. If all this fails, you can ask the technician for a phone number for an Emissions Parts Locator Service. It is an (800) number. If you need further help, E-Mail me at russhess@sbcglobal.net. I will offer the most help I can over the 'net.
