As far as United States commercial (non-military) airports go...here's the top 10:
1. Denver, CO (16,000' x 200')
2. New York JFK (14,572' x 150')
3. Las Vegas McCarran (14,510' x 150')
4. Albuquerque Intl. (13,793' x 150')
5. Moses Lake, WA (13,503' x 200')
6. Clinton-Sherman, OK (13,503' x 150')
7. Amarillo, TX (13,502' x 300')
8. Colorado Springs, CO (13,500' x 150')
9. Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW), TX (13,401' x 200')
10. Chicago (ORD), IL (13,000' x 200')
The military has some that are MUCH longer. I believe the longest commercial runway is something like 18,045 ft in Tibet, but it may see military action.

Why? Do you want to take off at an airport with a long runway or something. Mabye the NASA runway is the one for you. The spaceshuttle needs a long runway to pull up!
