That the unstable traveling in and out of our orbitable space could be catastophic because it had no moons, and it had really no governed path of travel, therefore causing eruptions on earth? They were contemplating nuking that then planet when it came the closest to earth a few years back . Every 20 some odd years it travels towards earth and then back out to where it came from like a ping pong ball. Could the closeness of that planet and Jupiter, Mars and Venus caused a planetary pull and created the Tsunami, and the Katrina? For it has been said that the great earthquake in Peru and China the last time was because of pluto as well. But my thoughts are the fact that there were other planets involved with moons directing the energy through our sun and back and that is a magnetic pull on all liquid forms. right? Remember there is no air in space thus letting the force of light be quicker and stronger.

Pluto has been demoted ,It is no longer called a planet only because there are other objects found That are of the same size or bigger than Pluto.
Pluto is a Kuiper Belt object hence is unusual orbit around the sun.

I'm really not versed on this, but Pluto is smaller than our Moon and way-up-to-hell-and-gone further out.

It's orbit is much longer than the one you described. You said every 20 years it comes closet to the sun than Neptune, but it's orbit is much, much, much longer than that. The part of it's orbit that IS closer to Neptune lasts 20 years ITSELF. Most recently 1979-1999

I really can't imagine an object as small as Pluto having any large gravitational effects from that distance. I mean it's not even as big as our Moon. If Pluto could cause an earthquake at that distance, the Moon would tear this world appart at the seams.

Pluto does have an irregular orbit, but it is defined and travels that same orbit, more or less depending on it's proximity to other large heavenly bodys, each time.

Gravitational forces of closer heavenly bodies such as the ones you mentioned could forseeably have an impact, but to what extent I can't say and I don't think anyone could say for any certianty weather or not an occourance like this caused Katrina, The Tsunami.

I couldn't even speculate unless I had a Solar System Map for the days leading up to these events, to check their proximity to earth.

Has someone been updating Velikovsky? It was nonsense then and it still is! I'm sorry, but the situation you're describing is completely ridiculous!
