when farming what is a seed dibber for and how long does it normally take to grow vegtables

A seed dibber is what you use to put the seeds in the farming patches, you can buy one from the local gardener or from a farming shack (They are usually right next to farming patches).
As for how long it takes something to grow, it depends on what you're growing. Nomad Gaming has the list of how long it takes for things to grow. Here's the link:

Just scroll down to where it says seeds and it'll have the xp you get for each along with the time it takes to grow them.

i was a member, not long really wait by the so they wont die, and a seed dibber is used to put the seeds into the ground then water them
