You dont need to buy anything if your computer has built in bluetooth, if it doesnt then you have to buy a USB bluetooth like this one :
http://www.amazon.com/Trendnet-TBW-101UB-TRENDnet-Bluetooth-Adapter/dp/B0000BVV37/sr=8-10/qid=1165708342/ref=pd_bbs_sr_10_s9_rk/104-8379720-8552764?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&s9r=8a1080b60eefbb96010f21f1d0130219

then all you have to to is swtich on the bluetooth go to the file folder in you V3 and send via bluetooth!!!!!

you go in to menu and then in to tools and setting and then in to connection you choose bluetooth link choose set up and go to power and then power it on scroll up and go to find me and make sure it says " discoverable : 60 seconds" make sure your friend does this too if they have a moto phone or make sure they turn on their bluetooth ... then from your phone you open the file you wanna transfer and you press the options button ( between the talk and end button) and select copy then choose copy to blue tooth and its going to ask you if you want to search for devices once you find the other device you have to pair with it and once you do that its goin to ask u for a code its usually 1234 or 0000 enter it and then your friend has to enter the same code you entered ... after all that youre able to transfer files, but note that if youre trying to share ringtones , wallpapers or applications you bought from the carrier you wont be able to sare them because their locked because "they own it" but if you get a ringtone or application that you didnt pay for (or if dont have a lil lock next to the file name) youre able to share it thru blue tooth w/o a problem you can go to like websites like 3gforfree.com or myxertones.com to get real tones and their free and youre able to share them to blue tooth :) i hope this helps

Your phone should have come with a software CD to install on your computer. Once you install this, you should be able to use your USB cable to transfer music to your phone via the software.
