My friend (male) went to see a football match. He had quite good seat and wasn't too far back. During the match, one of the players kicked the ball quite hard - it flew into the crowd and hit my friend square in the face, smashing his glasses!
He wasn't able to watch the rest! Hah! Made a right spectacle of himself!

Has your friend thought about taking legal action for compensation due to accidental injury. There seems to be a lot of No Win, No Fee firms about that might be interested in his case. Good Luck
