I have the best mom in the world. She has been having a bad year. I always try to help her with her candle business, but sometimes its things that I cant handle. I feel like people walk all over her (not the family), and that nobody ever does anything for her.
I want to give her the best gift for christmas, any ideas? I was thinking of getting her a pile of gifts, and leaving them under the tree for her on christmas day. Does this sound like a good idea? Any suggestions on what to get the worlds best mom?

First off, MAKE her a card and tell her what you've said here: that she is the best Mom in the world (and be specific, make it personal...why do you appreciate her so much).
Then, how about making her a "coupon" book with "tickets" for one free massage, one candlelit dinner (made by you? Or your treat), one facial and manicure, one night out at the movies...that sort of thing. Or include tickets for chores that aren't normally your responsibility, just to give her a break.
You can put together a pretty "pamper" basket full of essential oils, scented soaps, moisturizer, hand cream, facial masks, cologne so that she can really indulge herself.
Plan a day or night out where you take responsilbility for all the arrangements (and bills, if you can afford it), again movie and dinner; lunch and shopping (for her). Or offer to take her place for the day and give her a day off.
Your Mom is really lucky to have such a caring daughter. Hope you (both) have a wonderful Christmas!

Tina, as most everyone has said here she has the best gift any Mother could have "a daughter like you". I like the idea of lots of presents, but not neccessairly the kind you buy. Think about these ideas, some of it you will have to buy some stuff.
Make her a coupon book with coupon she can use. You could put tickets in for "good for a night off from cooking" "free running your bathwater night" "a no complaint night" "having a bad day and need a hug coupon" make up some cute little things that you could do for her. Like taking out the garbage, dusting, a movie night, just easy to do stuff..a free breakfast in bed ticket.
Get some pretty paper and print out your Yahoo question and all the answers that you get. Decorate it and make her a special book. I would love that.
A little survival from hard day basket. Bubble baths, chocolates, candles, pretty little soaps. Dollar tree or dollar worlds are good for these kind of things.
How about a nice girly movie with some of her favorite goodies along with it? A pair of slippers or a foot massager(Walmart $10). Honey, you don't have to spend a fortune. My kids can give me anything...I mean anything and if it's given with love..then it's the most precious gift of all. My tree is full of Christmas ornaments they have me thru the years, and I treasure each and every one of them. So, believe me anything you do with love and kindness she's going to enjoy. I promise you!
Merry Christmas, sweetheart. God bless you and your Mother.
God bless us all........

In one of those gift boxes you get for your mom, how about a gift card to get a massage? Sounds like she is really stressed out, and might enjoy some time being pampered.

If you can afford to get her a pile of gifts then there is really only one gift you should give her. Buy her a plane ticket and send her on a short vacation. Give her some time to herself to rest and relax. If that is too spendy why not try a day at the spa where she get massaged and manicure and pedicure and facial. She will love it!

Is there something she's been depriving herself from? Like the massage idea or time for just her.
Sounds like she might like a day with you. Perhaps arrange her a day of pampering -- massage, lunch, flowers and a new outfit.
