OK...skipping judgement.... I had a friend when we were 15 her bf was 21 in the same situation. The parents didn't push charges, but the state found out who the father was because she was on medicaid (at 15 you can't even have a job.....coz you're still a kid...).....to jail he went. And then her parents got charged for neglect! Which is pretty accurate because any parent who has no problem with their 15 year old getting knocked up by a 21 year old...needs to have their heads examined.

Really, if you loved her so much, you could have waited for her to become a consenting adult. She's still a child!! Before you, her idea of love was her parents and her pets. She has no idea of what love is yet! No many how many times YOU tell her! Way to wreck her life...congratulations!! I hope ya get locked up.

I said I'd skip it......didn't say how long. If that were my daughter...you'd be castrated.

If your parents do not object to the relationship and if you go along with things relateing to the child and provideing for it smoothly (and your pregnant girlfriend agrees that your relationship is mutual and does not say certain things to suggest she was not fully into this),.. then it is posible to not have any legal issues.

There may be some people that push people into saying stupid things and you getting in trouble because she is not 16, but at 16 if her, her parents, and you all are on the same grounds and whole heartedly are commited to this relationship then the laws say things are fine and dandy.

Currently it is posible if someone does not word things correctly you can get into trouble for stegatory rape. But given the situation and with blood testing with the baby to back up this is the out come and with you being completely ready to support the child,.. then charges can be dropped or any complications weakened.

ADDED: People are talking about if she is and if she isn't pregnant. For accurate results she needs to wait more then 6 weeks after the conception or first missed period and then get a Blood Test from a Doctor to see if she is pregnant. That is how you get the most accurate results. Still the results are not always accurate. I know alot of people are freaking out and telling you to get away from her but I know there are times when things just are like this,.. the perfect match doesn't come at the perfect time. Some people spend the rest of their lives remembering someone from when they were a Teenager but they can't ever find that person again because life is like that.

Sweetie,
Right now, whether yall love each other or not, if any hospital or state agency finds out that she is 15 and pregnant by you-a 21 year old-they have to call the authorities, and you will be held un federal statutory rape charges (25 years in a federal penitentiary-day for day) whether she consented or not. In the US, federal law says a girl is not legally able to consent to sex until she is 17. So even if she did consent and her parents did too, the law is still in effect. Then you still have to register as a sex offender.

That is what you need to be concerned about right now. You have lived your life. If she is 15 and pregnant, her life as a teen being able to do what she wants and go out to football games and parties are over. If you loved her, you would not have taken that from her. If you had to have sex with her, you should have used condoms. I am not judging YOU, I am judging the lack of maturity that was used to get involved with a 15 year old and then have sex with her.

"if her parents are cool and simply live on normally"??????? Are you freaking serious? If it were my daughter, trust me pal you would be CASTRATED!

By asking the question, you are inviting people to judge you. You are a legal adult, albeit, you are most likely a very immature and socially inept boy, and by being an adult, you are obliged to act in a manner that protects the children. Make no mistake, 15 is a CHILD, and YOU have NO BUSINESS having sexual contact in any way shape or form.

Yes, you can and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. At the very least, you will be FOREVER marked as a sexual predator - pedophile - and could very well do jail time for this.

You "LOVE eachother?" PLEASE, spare us that. You may be capable of making that decision (although I sincerely doubt it) but a 15 year old is still developing and is incapable of making such a decision.

I strongly suggest that you get yourself into counseling to try and uncover what it is in you that is attracted to children.

I hope the police come knocking on your door soon.
You should be off the streets.

Love is a genuine care and concern for another human being, NOT just a FEELING. It is wanting the best for them, and helping them achieve it. Not causing turmoil and disaster in a child's or person's life.
By NOT OBEYING the LAW and having sex with a minor, you have now set up the circumstances that either she denies you as the father for the rest of your lives for you to escape prosecution, and you still may get convicted, or she names you as father and you go to jail and leave her to raise the baby alone, or give it up for adoption or abortion. Either way, You did what you did, and you'll get what you'll get. It's now in the hands of her and others to decide your fate.
You being the older and supposedly MOST ADULT person of the relationship have caused her all this grief and put her in this position. You as the LEGAL ADULT are responsible for all of the turmoil that is about to, and will continue to BE in HER LIFE.
Do you have a genuine CARE AND CONCERN for HER, or just the feeling you get being with her. If you truly love her, you would have waited, and not caused all this.
If you truly love her, do your time, get out, rebuild your life, get a job, support them if they take you back or not, if need be wait for her to be of age, get married if she still wants you and live a happy life together. Problem is, by the time you get out, she may realize you are a criminal and decide that you are wrong! Maybe not too, I can't know without knowing her, and her side of the situation.
Many years of wedlock may help with an expungment of your record, but I believe if you are on the sex offender registry you'll be on there for life.
How do you suppose she will have the baby? In a hospital they will ask who the dad is. There are a lot of people and police and other officials in hospitals. DNA can prove you to be the father. Prosecution is up to the state not the parents, the law is the law, even if she and her parents wanted to leave you free, the state could still convict if they choose to.
If you were to avoid prosecution you would have to, have her parents take her and you to a foreign country where underage marriage is legal and marry her there. Then Never return to the United States, unless you wish to be convicted. Oh ya, watch out for extradition treaties, they can stop you from passing GO too! In this case you would be making all of them criminals too! Aren't you such a great guy!
Same applies to Canada and quite a few other countries.
Accept your fate, you are a statuatory rapist. You chose it. You, Her, Your Child, and All of your families will have to learn to live with it.
This is not a judgement it is the TRUTH.

If her parents are aware of you guys being together and do not press charges. Then you probaly are okay. I'm am not here to judge you but if you get lucky and she is not pregnant you should take measures so that you won't be in this situation again. There is plenty of time later to have a baby. If you love each other and her parents are cool just try to make healthier decisions. Im not saying don't have sex just use protection. She is really young. I am telling you from experience. I had a child at that age. And even though I love my daughter. I wish I had of made better choices. It sounds good at that age but you don't realize til your older how hard it really is.! Take this as a llearning experience!!!

Good question. Did you see the woman in the news getting in trouble for marrying the 15 year old boy whom she married?

Even if you marry her, I think most health professionals are bound by law to report a 15 year old that is pregnant and you cannot avoid getting her medical care because she is at such risk with a pregnancy at her age.

Cannot imagine any parents of a 15 year old girl being "cool" with a 21 year old man impregnating her.

The parents may be in for some jail time too if they knew what was going on.

Find out if she is pregnant. If she is not: STAY AWAY FROM HER

no offense but you shouldn't have a relationship with a person only 15 because it can turn out really bad my mom had me when she was 17 and she had to get a job quite school and never got married my mom left him after i was 2 she got married 2 years ago I'm only 18 so you should tell the truth and face the facts if she is pregnant you can also really hurt her if she is pregnant seriously my aunt is a doctor she has seen some of this happen she is still a little too young

As a mother fo a 16 year old who has a baby by a 21 year old, What you two did was wrong, you are an adult, she is a child. You are the responsible party, whether her parents are cool or not. I hope they convict you of child rape and you go to jail.

Are you nuts? A fifteen year old? What are you thinking? Grow up, idiot!!!

Frankly, and I do have a daughter who is 15, you and me would be having a long talk together. We would have had it long before you ever got a chance to touch my 15 year old daughter. Get a lawyer, a good lawyer but I can't help but hope they put you in jail for a long time. You should have known better and now you can suffer the consequences of your stupid actions.
