Naruto is a very long series so I doubt one site will bother to host hundreds of episodes. That said, crunchyroll.com is the best, as itjsut lets you watch them and uploads are common. You don't have to pay, and it's streaming so you can start watching right away (like YouTube), but you do have to sign up. It has tons of other series, so have fun!

really youtube only, and the higher up eps haven't been dubbed so your kind of out of luck in that department.
