You can renew an IP, if you are windows, by going into your command prompt and typing one of the following depending on what you want to do:
/ip config
/ip release
/ip renew

Huh? Your question makes no sense at all. Please explain in more detail what is going on and what you're trying to do. If you're posting your question from the computer with the "problem" then there is nothing wrong with your connection; it is working normally.
To renew your IP address, open a command prompt window and type the following lines, pressing Enter after each one.
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
That will release and renew your IP address. With many broadband connections you won't get a different IP address, you'll just get the same one back.

Renewing IP Address:
Window Based
Click Start> Control Panel> Network Connection> right-click on Local Area Connection (LAN) > Click REPAIR. This will renew your IP Address.
DOS Based:
Click Start> Run> Type cmd on run box > Click Ok> Type the following:
ipconfig/release (press ENTER)
ipconfig/renew (press ENTER)

To clear Winsock and TCP/IP settings in Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Vista, perform the following steps:
Click the Start button, then click Run.
The Run window appears.
In the Run window, type command, then click OK.
The command window appears.
Type netsh winsock reset catalog, then press the key.
Click Start, then click Turn off Computer.
The Turn off computer window opens.
Click Turn Off.
NOTE: The Winsock and TCP/IP settings are now reset.
To reset Winsock and TCP/IP settings in Windows XP Service Pack 1 or lower, perform the following steps:
Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and click OK.
The Registry Editor window appears
Click the plus (+) to the left of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Click the plus (+) to the left of SYSTEM.

Right-click Winsock and click Export.
The Export Registry File appears.
Save the file in My Documents as Winsock.reg.

Save the file in My Documents as winsock2.reg.
Right-click Winsock2 and click Delete.

To complete the process of resetting Winsock and TCP/IP settings, perform the following steps:
When the system has finished restarting, click Start, click Run, type ncpa.cpl, and click OK.
The Network Connection Properties window appears.
Right-click Local Area Connection and click Properties.
The Local Area Connection Properties window appears.
Click the General tab and click Install.
The Select Network Component Type window appears.
Click Protocol and click Add.
The Select Network Protocol window appears.
Click Have Disk.
The Install From Disk window appears.
Type C:\Windows\INF and click OK.
In the Manufacturer column choose Microsoft.
In the Network Protocol column click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click OK.
The Network Connection Properties window appears.
Click Close.
Click Start, then click Turn off Computer.
The Turn off computer window opens.
Click Restart.
When the system has finished restarting, click Start, click Run, type netsh int ip reset delllog.txt, and click OK.
The Winsock settings are now reset.

i think u disable ur wireless conection then re connect it, if that dont work unplug the back of ur router then plug it back in it ussually does it automaticly
