Notice that the address is rds.yahoo.com. That's your first clue. Many companies use a variety of web addresses, but plain old yahoo.com would be a lot more reassuring. In general, if you receive a message from any company, do not click on links in the message. That just lets bad people from all over the world do very bad things to your PC. Go to the company website, log in, go to My Account, and see if there's a real reason for the message. And make your money the old-fashioned way: earn it!

Sorry, that is faux. that's impossible to win a lottery in case you probably did not purchase a cost ticket. there is not any such element as a lottery of email addresses. Yahoo! does not run a lottery (and that they specific does not run it with MSN and Microsoft in the event that they did!). See the hyperlinks below for lots greater information on Yahoo Lottery scam emails... that is purely the thank you to attempt to get you to pay clearance or delivery costs to get your prize released. don't worry writing back.

Yahoo! doesn't offer a lottery like that - most likely some spammer abusing the Yahoo! redirect server and trying to con you in going to his site. I would a anti-virus program on my computer in case they installed some virus on your computer.

Everyone has received the letter and we did not all win. It is a scam to get you to send them the prepaid taxes.
