I like to crochet a huge granny squares with funky color combos ... then I make them into pillows.
I also make granny squares out of cotton and whip stich two together to make a potholder.

Personally, nothing except a long string. But I've seen some truly wonderful stuff. I have a crochet dress which I absolutely love.

Yes, I crochet with/without patterns. I make hats & purses & Blankets & Scarves & long ago I used to crochet bathing suits.

Well, if you do it right, you can crochet wire, although I can't crochet, so I've been reluctant to try it.

If you want something quick and easy, try the Knifty Knitter instead. It's loom knitting, and it is so fast. I've knitted scarves in 3 hours, hats in 1 hour, you can make purses, belts, socks, etc. Give it a whirl.

hats scarves bags sweaters coats dresses skirts tops slippers baby things dolls pillows afgans bedspreads pillows curtains book covers ornaments tableclothes lampshade covers scrunchies pins accessories flowers magnets .. ok pretty much anything ... this is just a sample of what I've done
One I havent tried red heart has a pattern for womens pants in their camo yarn ... seems uncomfortable if you ask me
